There is a story in the “altercation” images. The onlookers, that one woman bending over the wall, looking into the car, the expression on the face of the police officer in front of her.

Quite a story, actually! It was a domestic dispute, the daughter to the left was having a fit with her mother (driver) who had legal custody of the child.
